Deliveries Draw a rough line from Diss to Stowmarket to Haverhill to Cambridge up to Ely and across to Thetford and back to Diss and we deliver to all the towns and villages within that area. At present we deliver to the Cambridge. Newmarket, Ely, Littleport areas on Wednesdays. We deliver to the Diss, Stowmarket, Thetford, Haverhill and Bury St Edmunds areas on a Thursday. Our deliveries are free and there is no minimum quantity. Payment terms for delivery are cash on delivery. Customers may pay us before delivery by credit or debit card, or pay the driver on delivery by cash or cheque. Business cheques or personal cheques (with a guarantee card) are accepted. Mail Order Mail order is available. Orders will be subject to postage costs. Mail order customers may return unsuitable items, at their own cost providing we have been advised of their return within 48 hours of receipt of goods and the goods are returned in original condition, and in their original packaging. Mail order customers who receive incorrect or faulty goods can return the goods for exchange or refund providing we have been advised of any problems with the order within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Mail order customers who return incorrect or faulty goods will have the cost of return postage refunded to them. All goods should be sent back to us by recorded delivery. No refunds will be made until goods have been received by us. |
